This is a link to the recent speech by Malcolm McCusker QC to the Anglo-Australian Lawyers Society in Perth.
It
includes the suggestion that there may well be some 400 cases in South
Australia which will need to be re-examined in the light of recent
events.
As the person who has
been the former Governor of Western Australia for the last few years,
and an eminent senior counsel, his reflections should certainly be taken
seriously.
